Format:Â 10-week practical leadership lab (requires “Foundations of Faith” or equivalent as a prerequisite).
Description:Â This course moves from theological knowledge to practical ministry skills. Grounded in the pastoral epistles (1 & 2 Timothy, Titus) and Jesus’ model of servant leadership, it covers the character of a leader, basics of discipleship, giving spiritual counsel, leading Bible discussion, and caring for a small group or ministry team.

Biblical qualifications and character of a leader.
Core skills: active listening, prayerful counsel, and discipleship.
Preparing and delivering a short devotional or Bible lesson.
Navigating common group dynamics and conflict with grace.
